Keep in mind that for websites, you will be responsible for providing the domain and hosting, as well as covering annual fees for hosting your mobile applications on platforms like Apple and Android. We understand that you may not always have enough design or app/web development work to fill an entire month. Maybe you only have one or two design requests at the moment—in that case, pausing your subscription can be a great option.
Our billing cycles are based on a 31-day period, starting within the first 5 days of the month or on the day you subscribe. This marks the beginning of your billing cycle, which renews monthly. For example, if you sign up and use the service for 21 days, then decide to pause your subscription, the future billing cycle will not apply until you resume your subscription.
